Managing Director & Chief Operating Officer, Florida Center for Cybersecurity at USF

Sri Sridharan serves as the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer for the Florida Center for Cybersecurity (FC2).

Sri currently manages and directs the entire cybersecurity initiative at the center, developing projects and establishing relationships between industry experts, both national and local, and educational leaders and researchers statewide. His leadership focuses on academics, education & training, research & applied research and robust outreach programs to create awareness.

Prior to joining the center, Sri led both established and start-up companies, holding top management positions. Over the last 40 years, his areas of professional focus have included:

  1. Technology-based continuous availability solutions for complex business challenges
  2. Solutions for service-quality intelligence on IT performance against business objectives
  3. Solutions for wireless mobility/business process integration
  4. ASP (Application Service Provider) solutions with eight international data centers
  5. Custom applications for global procurement and distribution management
  6. Hosted and in-house hospital information systems

He has worked in small, medium, and large companies (like IBM), and has managed offices worldwide.

Sri has three Master's degrees in Computer science, Mathematics and Applied Mathematics.
